Make sure to add your order number to the email subject for easy reference. Unfortunately, we are unable to download artwork from Shopify messages, so emailing is the way to go. We accept PNG files with a recommended resolution of 300 DPI for non-vector files. Transparent backgrounds with sharp clean edges are a must! Avoid using screenshots or downloads from social media or Google, as they may not translate well into print. Our team will take care of mirroring your artwork, so no need to worry about that.
